I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were so cozy and I adored the ceiling fan. The indoor pool was a fantastic bonus, and there were great dining options nearby. However, the cigarette smell was quite off-putting. Despite that, this would be my top recommendation if anyone asked me for a suggestion.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, but with a musty smell and traces of old cigarette smoke. The service was helpful and pleasant overall, with easy check-in and out, although we were given vague directions to nearby restaurants. The location was easily accessible from the highway, just a few miles outside Knoxville, and close to Gatlinburg, although the dining experience could be better.
